So I started building a tool. Just for us. Just to stop the bleeding. It started as a material list builder — type the job, get every part. Then I added code AI so they could answer NEC questions on the spot. Then sales training with Good/Better/Best templates and objection handling scripts.
Then we added plumbing. Then HVAC. Then an AI assistant that can answer any field question across all three trades.
The result: One of our contractors went from $3M to $6M in one year. Same truck count. Same market. Close rate from 35% to 65%. Average ticket up 40% because their techs actually present three options now instead of quoting one number and hoping.
I wasn't planning to share this. But enough contractors asked about it that we packaged it up. We're calling it Sparkworks Academy, and we're opening it up for demos now.
